Guarantee time: 24 Month quality guarantee, after 24 Month, only charge for the cost of the repair. During the 24 month warranty time, we will responsible for any damage happened to the display because of the quality fault, not wrong operation. As soon as we confirm that the damage is not caused by manual operation fault, we will delivery the good parts to you by air in 3 days for replacement. After 24 month, we also can offer you the parts for replacement at our bottom price.
The following item will not be involved in the warranty:
1) Caused by misuse, negligence or accidents;
2) Caused by modification or repair by anyone except us or our designated person;
Return and Freight policy:
Be sure confirm with our sales before any return, LED cabinets or parts, to avoid customs problem.
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment and/or parts are shipped to TOPVISION or service (this includes custom charges). TOPVISION is responsible for the freight & insurance charges to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges.
Technical Training:
TOPVISION will provide the service training with free to the customers at TOPVISION headoffice in Shenzhen only. The traffic & accommodation charge will be on the customers’ account. And TOPVISION provide technical assistance via e-mail, fax or telephone at any working moment.
